Expectations

Pre-Work:

Please come prepared with a real, upcoming difficult conversation in mind. Throughout the session, you’ll have the opportunity to apply the frameworks and tools directly to that conversation, making the learning immediately practical and relevant.

Class Size:

This session is limited to 50 participants. We’ve intentionally kept the group small to create a more intimate, personalized experience where everyone has the chance to engage meaningfully.

During the Workshop:

We encourage you to join from a location with a stable internet connection and to have your camera on. This helps foster connection, collaboration, and a more engaging learning environment—so please be camera ready!

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. However, if you're unable to attend, please let us know. We're happy to provide workshop materials and/or offer a complimentary leadership coaching session with the facilitator as an alternative.
